Charlotte Teachers Institute (CTI) is an educational partnership among Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, Davidson College, and UNC Charlotte. CTI cultivates content knowledge, creativity, leadership skills, and collaboration among Charlotte’s public school teachers by offering professional development seminars and a variety of community programs.
